Combined
residential units sold in April 2003 totaled 2,400 (the second
highest April on record and the third highest month ever) up from
March's 2,137 units, an increase of 12%, but down from last
April's all time record of 2,633 units.

This year's April
residential sales are very strong and the active listings show a
healthy market. Last year was an outstanding year for sales,
however the market was unbalanced with very little inventory to
choose from.
The average
combined residential sale price in April 2003 was $209,941 up
from March's average price of $206,578 and also up about 7% over last
April's $196,486.
