February Continues to Demonstrate a
Competitive Market
Another strong
month for MLS sales was recorded, according to
statistics released by the Calgary Real Estate Board.
February combined
residential sales totaled 3,060 units, a 37.7% increase over
February 2005 sales of 2,223 units and a 27.1% increase over
January 2006 sales of 2,408 units.
