while new listings hit an all time high, according to
figures released by the Calgary Real Estate Board.
July combined
residential sales totaled 2,586 units, showing a 5.03% decrease
over July 2005 sales of 2,723 and showing
a decrease of 23.67% over June 2006 sales of 3,388.
