all time records in the month of March 2006, according to
statistics released by the Calgary Real Estate Board.
March combined
residential sales totaled 3,497 units, a 18.1% increase over
March 2005 sales of 2,962 units and a 14.3% increase over February
2006 sales of 3,060 units.
