MLS Sales Cool
Slightly While Listings Increase
MLS sales
took a slight dip in September from last month sales, but new listings
coming to the market showed an increase over last month, according to
figures released by the Calgary Real Estate Board.
September
combined residential sales totaled 2,180 units, showing a 13.35%
decrease from August 2006 sales of 2,516 and showing
a decrease of 17.46% from September 2005 sales of 2,641 which was
the highest September recorded on the MLS.

combined residential sale price in September 2006 was $369,928 showing a 45.64%
increase over September 2005 when the average price was $253,995 and a
